I find nvda very bad with touch as well. I hope at some time the devs might do something with touch. I thought it was just me, but to many users seem to report that they can't work touch. I

Regarding Maps app: yes, this is part of Maps app.
Regardinb Bulgarian translation: I don’t know exactly what’s up, but the Bulgarian translation is included.

NVDA>Tools, not preferences>Manage Addons.
Under here, tab to the list view of your installed addons, and find app essentials. Then, from there, tab to the update button, and hit enter.

According to a discussion I saw I believe here a number of months ago, this can't be done in Outlook. But in Winword, which as I recall is Microsoft Word, you can use the review commands to do so.
