I am sorry you have problems with Jaws also. Jaws 18 is fine for me at this end.
There is a known issue with Code Factory Eloquence with NVDA.
I have seen several complaints from NVDA users on

I don't know how you might do it. As I said, you need to forward it to yourself so that you can see what happens without it being sent to the list.

Great point, I can read the message that came from the list just fine. That is the same as a forward.
We now need to see how I can get the message to others to test in its original

Hi Gene,
That is correct, so, we need testers to read in outlook / office 365 latest version like I stated I was doing.
We need to have them use html as to do our best to duplicate and see what

Also, I don't think forwarding the message would change it but I would suggest forwarding it to yourself. We need to rule out the possibility that the original doesn't read properly in your program

we don't know if there is a general problem with NVDA. There are too many variables. Each person who reads the message must be reading mail as html. We need reports from people who are doing so and

Re: accessible program that will allow you to restore yoursound profile
Where did you save it?
As in, look for it via normal file system, and, then make sure you are trying to then reopen it from same location.
