If you want a server box, I am sorry to say eric but you may be better using linux, grml or something and a command line shell with espeakup or something.
I havn't had that but even so.

Static or not, Chrome reads pages for me when they come up, thunderbird reads new messages as they come up, winrar reads filenames when I arrow to them, the dos prompt reads

Note if you press CONTROL+SHIFT+ESCAPE and can't control+tab between panes, press alt+d to access "more details". (the same shortcut then becomes "fewer details" to get back to the original minimal

AVAST
Can not uninstall AVAST. Went to control and prgramprogram and features did uninstall but did not remove it. Went to setting, app and tab to select AVAST tab to uninstall. Still there. Help.

If you open MSConfig and make Control+Tab untill StartUp, you will find a link to open Task Manager...
So, I gave the direct way...
