Hi, From the NVDA menu go to tools, then manage addons. Once there, press enter, then tab to the get addons button and nvda will take you straight to the website. Hope this helps. Tony

I would suggest that the person who has the problem try downloading it again if he/she hasn't. Files may become corrupted during downloads with no indication that it has happened. Gene
