Re: Serious bug found in Thunderbird
Is there a way to get thunderbird to go back to the inbox after replying to a message instead of going back to the message document?

In Thunderbird I think there is a check box for delete message on move or close window.

Re: Serious bug found in Thunderbird
You are lucky! I've turned off the feature to get messages every so many minutes so the problem will never happen again. What happened is I hit the escape key to silence speech and I expected it

It's a link to a preview of the book, it's only an image and being a preview I would say yes you have to buy the book.

Hello:
Why don't you try to find this book on one of the accessible books website such as Book Share or any other web site that sells books for those of us who have disabilities issues and need

Hey again guys,
No... If you use Codex, you don't need to have Calibre installed. Codex is basically a re-packaged Calibre.
Ciao,
Ollie

Re: trying to read a google book with NVDA and firefox but am not having much luck
Hey guys,
What format is the book you're trying to buy/read?
because most Google books are in pdf images only, and can't be read by a screen reader without being run through an ocr programme

Re: Problem with reading pdf
It depends on the document you are reading. some pdf files may be too long and NVDA fails to read them or crashes. When I have to deal with pdf documents or books, I mostly convert them to microsoft

Re: Problem with reading pdf
I too had problems with reading PDF documents with NVDA and adobe reader. NVDA used to crash and I installed Q read, which is a paid application, but it is a good program to handle pdf document.

MS Office 365
Hello All:
I asked the question to a fellow list member in private about how accessible MS Office 365 was/is with NVDA?
After having received a one line not very helpful answer to my question.

Re: Problem with reading pdf
Yeah sadly any scanned document is like this or any images that are converted are still images.
Or in fact in some cases documents constructed without access and which are all images are well not
