Re: looking for a free YouTube video downloader that supports playlists
Interesting, and thanks a lot. I think I'll also wait and see if someone comes up with something a bit less geeky as I really don't know command line.

I was able to subscribe via the web site, but I had to be logged into groups.io to do it. I didn't try subscribing via email.

Re: Did something change in the groups.IO interface?
So big question, do you have to subscribe to sub groups via the web, and only that way, as when you try to do it from email you get unroutable etc.

Re: dictation bridge question.
While on the subject of dictation bridge, I wrote this yesterday, but am not sure if it came through or not. This is fair enough, as I've added to this, and so am hopefully more clear.

Hello,
I'm looking for a YouTube video downloader that supports playlists, and that is NVDA accessible. I'm not looking for anything that converts, so don't want a program that automatically downloads

Re: Did something change in the groups.IO interface?
Subgroups are just that, they're under the main group, but indipendent of it, so nobody is subscribed automatically, you need to subscribe to it if you want to receive it's messages.

Reading this thread, I have to ask this. What is a sub group. IE if no action is taken by me, does this sub group come in via email or is it, in fact a new group/list and I'd have to subscribe to

Re: clarification on downloading and using RC versions of NVDA
Suggestion. Before you burn your bridges try a portable version and see what you get. If you also create a portable version of the current on then you can go back and still have your old config.

Re: skype is getting a remake <sigh>
Even before Microsoft took it on though they have a track record of fixing one thing then screwing up something else. If its the same team doing the work there is obviously not enough QA going on
