Thanks Travis a font of knowledge as always. I share your sentiment re choice. I did not know taht the epub format was essentially a .zip file. I thought it ws a 'rapper' for the internal HTML/XML

How do I change which program opens a file with a given extension?
It seems that a Microsoft update has set pdf files to open in Edge. This is stupid! I have Adobe Acrobat
Reader and I need pdf files to open in it. How do i change this?

But wouldn't the add on have to be set to take you to a certain place on every page you want it to do so? I've never heard of such features being able to be set to perform a certain function afor all

others. Yes I have Eloquence for NVDA running on both laptops with no
problem.
