I think if that does not work then its the problem I suggested. I've never seen this issue myself though fixing it is the reason why xp support was suddenly dropped as the only fix meant you could not

Actually one big problem today is that some emails are going out with no text version and in some instances this can make cutting and pasting content very hard to format. I do this a lot for talking

Its not as if they have left XP users with a lame version after all. its well good enough to be used daily. I think the only way this person is going to get what they want is to find soem programmers
