Re: Microsoft Edge in NVDA 16.4 and 17.3
Before I managed to blow up my win 10 machine... don't ask.. the latter seemed faster though I used a master snap of it not the actual release version at the time. I just did not like Edge myself,

Hi Adriano,
I vote for the period or dot--not the comma. It was a period for years, who is asking for the comma? Is this standard notation in parts of the world outside

It just proves to me that there is no such thing as perfect security.
Its all a trade off when it comes down to it, and thus I still mainly use msse on this 7 machine and run Superantispyware when I

Though I'm a decimal point person, I will vote for what is most universal. I can adapt.

Similar to the metric system? Though the metric makes more sense, with everything done by tens, I still like my twelve point ruler. LOL!

Surely this should be picked up from the computer system settings, same as
Excel and similar applications do? Each locale has its settings for currency

Point as a decimal sepparator is only in anglo-saxonics countries, I suppose.
As far as I know, in Europe we use comma as a decimal sepparator.

I didn't say it was the only country, I said it was likely the only country. Note the likely word. That means that it's possible that the us was the only one doing so, not a solid fact. I knew

Suggesting that "the US is likely the only country that still uses the period
[dot] as a number separator" is rather extreme.
According to the wikipedia article

Ron, the us is likely the only country that still uses the period as a number separator anymore. Many many countries use the comma as a separator, so the us is in the minority here. To me,

Hi Dan,
Damn, I know, but use the comma myself, many have asked really.
We do so, let's put it to a vote.
comma yes or comma no?
If no one participates I'll leave the comma, after all, separates

Hmmm, why not a decimal point instead of a comma? It would be more standard.
