Window-Eyes has a great feature called Line Filter. You can tell it to ignore all lines with a string of chars at the beginning of the line. So when anyone bottom posts, I just switch on

I can do that as well. Ic an even convert them to opus and normalize them, maybe run them through levelator, of that still works as the devs quit developing it for mac os. I know that when I use zoom

It is so large because they recorded it in .wav format at a very high bitrate. They should use mp3 in mono and 96k or even a bit lower for just speech like this. Anyhow, I have it and

If it's an add-on you've set to run, you could try restarting with add-ons disabled - NVDA+q then down arrow to restart with addons disabled and enter. That might help.

Adding and deleting gestures is giving me a headache
I seem to have accidentally managed to make a gesture as tab. which means of cours that the only way to use tab is with shift tab as tab makes the add on operate instead of tabbing!

Don't know about an actual client, but I seem to recall you can use commands in the doss emulation of windows to work with ftp. I clearly remember doing it.
