Well the only thing to do if you've not done so is remove everything including the TW Blue folder in app data then installing a fresh copy off the TW Blue site.

I just downloaded a fresh install of TW Blue when Manuel brought this up, butg the i is easy to take out if you updated automatically.

I am not aware of any settings governing the behavior you are describing. I tried listening to your example using ESpeak and I did not get the results you describe.
