If you download the latest master snapshot you can test it out now.
Probably in a couple of weeks time if nothing big shows up I'd say. However do not update Firefox past version 56 please to protect

Unable to Get into Browser Mode
All,
If I have a page in Fierfox open and close NVDA, the next time I start NVDA it appears to get stuck in focus mode so I can't easily navigate around the page. I have to restart Firefox to fix

I was not sure how much that was still being developed. I seem to recall I had issues working out adblockers and sounds with it, does it allow these to be installed these days, and more to the point

I'd say don't use them. Latency seems to be the issue, indeed even some laptops recently with internal cards are clipping the start or end of speech since they are somehow trying to anticipate when
