You can't do that unfortunately. Since the say all profile is a manually activated profile and not app specific, no matter which app you are in the one say all profile will rule over the app.

I don’t know your current OS, but Windows 8 and later provides native support for mounting ISo files.

well it was when I last used it I don't generally use vertual drives there is a free one called slysoft clone drive. However 7zip also extracts isos but does not mount.
