Hi Hareth
if you do not mind I might add a little to it but the content will pretty much be the same.
The extra 2 parts will be a little about safe mode and why you would go into it.

Re: NVDA Out of Focus on Some Clickables
I get this in thunderbird, open a message, hit enter it executes something and I am on the desktop.
I alt tab, if I then reply or something it won't do this but still.

Without knowing what the "threat" is, we can't usefully advise on what to do

Re: audio themes addon and sound cards.
This sounds slightly similar to a problem I was having at the start of 2017. My Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet would work fine, outputing speech through headphones using my default NVDA configuration

Re: NVDA Out of Focus on Some Clickables
On links, try turning forms mode on, nvda key space bar, then try following the link.
I'm not sure what you might try for clickable items that aren't links.

Hello!
My name is Rui, not Roi...
Regarding the type of device, if you can hear the disk is an old HDD. If you can't hear nothing at all, is an SDD.

Re: Automatic switch braile output table in NVDA
NVDA can make automatic Braille tables as it does with language of synth.
By using the indications of HTML, Word and so on, to change the language, or based in Unicode range

Re: Request for comments: Should I record 2018 edition of Welcome to NVDA tutorials set?
I would rather record a podcast where the episods are not longer than 3 to 5 minutes. An episod per week would have a good impact.
