Yes, but the required MS Visual C++ redistributables are bundled with the LibreOffice installer.
If not already present on the system they will be installed. Remember to do the installation

When I was running windows me Some one told me nvda worked with 9x, I couldn't get it to work. Not sure if it does or not. May be using python and running nvda from source might work.

Using the NVDA menu (NVDAKey+n), select tools, manage add-ons. This lists your installed addons, arrow down to the remote addon and press tab twice too get to the help info then press enter.
