You can also hit windows-x. Applications and features is the first thing. Pick that. Tab to the list, get to skype, not skype classic but the other one, hit enter to expand, and tab to uninstall.

Yes, installer downloaded from both links works with windows10. Skype forces to use Universal app only in 8.x. I could install 7.x (version downloadable from the two links sent) in Win10
