Actually 58 is much better in this respect, but has no sound as I said.
I could not get the download dialogue to read in it in the portable version however but I imagine that will get sorted.

True but often it says nothing at all or gets just unknown for a while, ie I tried on the latest snap of master to view the whats new and here is the log and the developer info from the resulting

If you are using Firefox 56 or earlier then look for navigational sounds in the add ons manager search box.
It is simply a matter of adding it to the add ons.

The writer said he is using NVDA, I didn't speak about JAWS. I didn't use the laptop layout in JAWS and you are giving the laptop command. In JAWS, the desktop command to click the mouse is the same

That is a key command for JAWS is to press:
JAWS Key+8 on the top number row. That is for a left mouse click.
