I agree, which is why I'm saying just use he software, you won't ir at least should not get into trouble. And it would be less work for you to convert everything into html anyway.

It causes slowness in just about everything, because intel screwed up majorly we won't get any piece till we get new chips so if you want to stay with intel I'd wait a couple years till they release

Yes, this has happened to me more than once. When windows 10 has a major update it removes OE. But this is the third version of OE that I've downloaded. Perhaps they've found a way to lock it in

Yes I'm using Chrome Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit) (Chrome says it's up to date), and with NVDA 2017.4 and I still can't use these commands.
