Hi. I was on a website where I was supposed to route the mouse to
where the cursor is and them move it down till I heard a certain
string, in JAWS I could route jaws to pc and activate the jaws

You can plug a phone in to it yes, but we'll be using it primarily as.

Phoner is a SIP client.
You need an account from a SIP provider.
iptel.org for example provides such accounts for free at least if they still do.

You can also use Micro Sip which also comes in the portable apps database too. If I try out any software I try out the portable version first through that system. The portableapps system.

I know that doesn't help much with that issue.
though modifying some of those helps a little bit in speed.
at least i had the impression.
it also helps with the UI.

I didn't think there was anything other than Skype...From what I can see, it doesn't have online/offline-based contacts like Skype does, but it does seem to allow telephone calls. Only problem

but i think that it affects documents, not dialogs!
openoffice is not dead and its more popular than libreoffice for
windows users

you can look at the options in the accessibility category.

Yes phoner works fine.
I always used the standard version instead of lite though both should be
fine.
