Wow, I think the solution to all is to switch to gmail and thunderbird and avoid thunderbird, the mail app, hmmm I don't like it and neither do those of my family on 10.

Just get the cdfs.dll and pop it in to system32
and you can copy wave files rite from the CD using explorer.
nvda works fine with that.
Except there are no titles just track

I don't use it all that often, and, for something like a .pdf file, with scanned pages, I would generally use pdf2txt to handle whole file, but, with add-on installed - unless I have an old version,

2. Use Object Nav to focus on the area where the text should be

With some versions of windows, it's possible to change the keyboard language on the fly, which can then mess up interaction via screen readers, but, that would, again, not really be necessarily
