Re: Doing a factory reset of NVDA
Hi, Anthony,
Hit NVDA key and Q as if you were going to quit NVDA. Then arrow down to "disable add-ons". If you want to bring them back again, repeat the above steps.
Hope this helps.

Re: problem with a website and its video player please help
Impossible to help. The video player appears to show as one glob of inaccessible material. I have similar results with a couple DC stations.
I would call their Station Manager and complain, and

Re: I've largely changed my mind about Chrome, I like itmuchmore now
Hi,
For the curious, you get to the toolbar by pressing Alt+Shift+T. Focus is placed on the first item, then you can arrow left and right through the toolbars.

Sorry about this message, I meant NVDA doesn’t see the toolbar, but neither does JAWS.

Re: NVDA and latest CCleaner with windows 10.
Yeah on win10 units nothing is spoken at all on 7 the boxes are not either but if you uncheck or check them you can read them fine.

Re: NVDA and CCleaner (free, anyway)
Hi,
Still doesn’t do what CCleaner does, that is clean the registry.
Not that I advocate cleaning the registry with tools, they tend to screw something up.

Easiest way I would think would be to bring up the elements list with NVDA and then look for the skip button.

Hi,
Excellent tutorial.
The only thing it doesn’t touch on is how you access the toolbar. Someone installed the High Contrast accessibility extension today and asked me how to

Well yes of course. The beauty of most cleaners though is that they can show you what they think are rubbish. Its entirely up to yo what you do. If they are all innocuous, the do anything and it will

Well to be honest I've never had an issue with it. I tend to use it more on older machines with normal hard drives and you can then use erunt and make the registry cleaner and faster and smaller by
