Hi Rich,
I don’t even use bookmarks now. Sure, I add them, but if you start typing the name of the web site in the address bar, auto complete will kick in.

Interesting, when I cursor through the bookmarks in Chrome on my system it works and activates the bookmark when I press enter on one of them. I haven't had a problem with this issue

I notice Chrome does not have "first letter navigation" for the bookmarks. I had to arrow down until I found the one I wanted. Also, when I press Enter on a bookmark, it does not activate.

Re: Doing a factory reset of NVDA
Hi, Anthony,
Hit NVDA key and Q as if you were going to quit NVDA. Then arrow down to "disable add-ons". If you want to bring them back again, repeat the above steps.
Hope this helps.

Re: problem with a website and its video player please help
Impossible to help. The video player appears to show as one glob of inaccessible material. I have similar results with a couple DC stations.
I would call their Station Manager and complain, and

Hi,
For the curious, you get to the toolbar by pressing Alt+Shift+T. Focus is placed on the first item, then you can arrow left and right through the toolbars.

Re: NVDA and latest CCleaner with windows 10.
Yeah on win10 units nothing is spoken at all on 7 the boxes are not either but if you uncheck or check them you can read them fine.

Re: NVDA and CCleaner (free, anyway)
Hi,
Still doesn’t do what CCleaner does, that is clean the registry.
Not that I advocate cleaning the registry with tools, they tend to screw something up.

Easiest way I would think would be to bring up the elements list with NVDA and then look for the skip button.
