I do not think you will find such a list, because:
1. browsers change too quickly, with new releases, bug fixes, extra features
etc, so it would be a lot of work to keep any list up to date with

They may be more responsive but they still have the issues so many of the more natural voices have, unnatural inflections, slurring between 2words, which, too often, sounds as though improper letters

Hi,
I find a good compromise of human and responsive, is Vocalizer's compact voices. The premium high voices, while sounding better, are not as responsive.

What version of Sophos are you running? Their beta version makes it nearly impossible to use NVDA, or any screen reader, I believe.
