I believe what was being requested though, was add-ons being able to detect hotkey conflicts and notify the user. I definitely would love to see this feature. It would have saved me some

And the menus talk fine for me make sure they are using LibreOffice 6.0

I am the one that's writing necessary code modifications for that GitHub issue. So far, client side is done, and we need server side changes. I'm waiting for certain things to come to NVDA master

NVDA does provide a mechanism for add-ons to self-monitor as being updated and to notify the user that these are available and ask if they want to install the update.

I had already installed the .reg file to activate sound in safe mode. I had also went to the boot part of msconfig and checked the two options you indicated and after hitting the OK button restarted

Yes I used it on 7, and on xp with the older version of nvda that will run on it. It seems to work on most sound cards on motherboards and rather supprisingly even on my external usb one with phono

I'd think reassign is better as when you have many add ons most of the time yu forgot the ones that you do not use a lot.
