The default dictionary reads items when you are reading in a way that doesn't go letter by letter. You generally wouldn't want letter by letter reading to have the dictionary do anything, you read

In other browsers, links are identified as visited from history. If you delete history, all visited link indications will be lost. It's an interesting speculation as to whether Edge is not making

Fixing this and other Edge issues require close collaboration between UI Automation and NVDA: UIA to expose the right attributes, and teaching NVDA to recognize new attributes.

For me the frames (m), list items(i) unvisited links (u), visited links (v) and block quotes (q) are unsupported browse quick keys when using edge.

To a sighted person, the ALT+TAB looks completely different and has a completely new look and feel. Sadly, it also confuses screen access technology.

Yes, NVDA and edge are working better for me than Chrome as well.
I am very excited as well about how much feedback I get in Edge.
For example, NVDA will say:
