I route mouse to object cursor with insert / (numpad slash) so if I need to drag some things I place the object navigation to the object that I need to move, press insert /, next shift / to lock

Brian, having never used this program for, and not being very familiar with drag-and-drop operations overall, let alone with NVDA, i'm only going to attempt to answer the first part of your question.

You aren't the only one having trouble with iTunes. NVDA nor JAWS is working well with it at the moment. Do you have any other screen readers?

I don't recall out of the box, or cardboard packet that Windows 7 was very good to install without sighted help, unless you used a script or custom install that allowed drivers to be loaded for the

The create shortcut..... windows cannot create a shortcut here, would you like it on the desktop was very handy in xp and 7.

Yes but I want them in a list as per a folder, not in some kind of tree view. This seems almost impossible to fix in this so called easy to access system.
