To be honest if a program works with jaws unless its a script then it should work for us to.
Jaws is a standard in access or rather has been for a while, so if it works with jaws then in theory

See if you can switch to forms mode in the dialog, NVDA space bar, then see if you can tab through the fields. I haven't worked with dialogs much, but my recollection is that I can't read the content
