It is still broken with all add-ons disabled.
Update though, it is broken in Narrator as well. Glad I have JAWS for this one.

With a lot of entering and backspacing back out of folders I was able to make it happen once on current alpha. But it's much, much better. Just tested on Win 7.

This will definitely give Next PVR accessibility a boost; and glad I thought of it, since I use Firefox. After launching Next PVR player in Firefox, Alt-V, Y to bring up Page Styles. Set to None.
