can anyone get English out of this file?
I'll put a link to the file. When I open it, for some reason, all I see
is symbols, nothing resembling English. Can anyone help me troubleshoot

Most stations these days broadcast in Flash and/or HtML5. Saving such links won't direct you to the actual underlying stream. There is an underlying stream but the listen links on most station web
