NVDA makes no distinction between intel or amd processors, it's written (mainly) in python, which is an interpreted language, and it doesn't care if it's an intel, AMD, arm processor, or something

Problem with standard F5 keystroke is that almost every single browser will then just reload the page from scratch, losing all DHTML content changes.
I do also know that NVDA

Yes indeed, its a mess. I always use a reader whis is not part of any browser.
Of course this can have issues for those still on xp as the adobe product which is current cannot run on
