Well you may have to reformat to get things to work I had to do that to another system to get rid of avast.
I use the portable now and that at least gives me ccleaner, if you use it on 7 you at least

I use thunderbird 60.
If you want something thats fully accessible and need addons 52.9.1 is the last version of thunderbird that mozilla has before it switched over to the 60x and higher

Personally though i do not use it myself for either 7 or 10, due to the tree structure making my life too complex, I'd always go with tbird as it has sensible rules and can also do newsgroups as well,

Maybe its still hooked into the code of these older applications making windows unable to close them due to

I haven't used System Access much but you should be able to shut it down from the task manager. Aside from that, my recollection is that you are correct. As far as I know, it doesn't display itself

I assume you are talking about JAWS. You should be able to restart JAWS if you don't have it displayed in the system tray and have it displayed as a window in the tab order. You can move into that
