I guess if it is the same problem one are you running windows 10 and if so which version or is it windows 7 or 8?
Are you using a 64 bit operating system?
I am guessing you are using a 32

Get rid of crappy fire fox and use waterfox I use that and no crappy mozilla issues.

I wake up today and restart the computer, the problem is still here.
I am using win 7 64bit and Firefox 32bit.

Well you can delte the nvda folder in %appdata% and it will be gone, you need to run a portable copy of nvda first then you can totally nuke the nvda app folder and then you can restart nvda with

if it is tthe same problem i have with it crashing it is when you use a 32 bit version of fire fox on a 64 bit operating system. in my case it is windows 10 version 1803.

It all most sounds like the bug i reported for mozilla fire fox.
It was more to do with the betas and RC release of nvda i have not tested it with the 2018.3 release of last night.

Is she by any chance using windows 7, as the32 bit version of firefox has been unusable on my machine since it went Quantum and nothing to do with nvda at all.
