This could also be an issue of wrong OCR language. What is the language of the document? If it's Bangla or Urdu, you would need to set the OCR language to either of these. English is the default

That is an issue with the software, and the company need to get it sorted out. Unless it has some kind of unique identity, actually naming it is not easy,as far as I know, and if it was actually seen

Yes Jonathan Mosen was mentioning about it this very morning. Though he says none of his machines have had the issue. There was also so question marks about third party anti virusses maybe blocking

I've used Bitwarden on Android. There are a few accessibility issues with the app, but it's definitely usable, and the developers seem willing to listen to feedback. I haven't asked them to change
