you can also try
radio receiver
it is a chrome app the developer tried it with nvda and all speaks it is what I am using now.
as far as sdrsharp I have a few work arounds but it is still a horible

NVDA+4 toggles speak command keys. That won't announce if you just press SHIFT and let it go, but it will announce "CONTROL+S" if you press those keys.

Which synthesizer are you using? If you happen to be using ones other than Espeak NG or OneCore, chances are that you won’t hear emoji descriptions… to some extent unless you are running a

1 press windows key plus point/dot.
2 now you can withe the arrow keys right and left along all emojis
with the tab key you can choose a category such as smiley faces

hello, your speech synthesizer is guilty of that.
the narrator already does not support the emoji!
nvda does.
if a good speech synthesizer is used.
the commercial speech synthesizers do not do it any,

There is no need for a tutorial Don. All you have to do is hit either WIN key semicolon or WIN key period and use your arrows to the emojies you want to incert then hit enter.

Windows OneCore voices and Espeak NG will read most of them. As for making other synthesizers follow suit, that's coming very soon.
