The Windows 10 app is very accessible. You can use Search to find a channel, then tab over to the Add to Favorites Button.  In the future, stations you've added can be accessed under the Favorites

You have to use rubbing alcohol to clean the magnetic pins on the keyboard. Then clean the connectors on the bottom of the machine.
