Down near the bottom after the audio files is anarea of text. Part way through this it sounds like the nvda detects an edit area, but its just the sound, its

2016.2.1?
So what is the real difference with this one? Is the only thing that the grammar correction is turned off and that only effects Word in Office? If so, then it won't effect me in any way as I don't

Hi Sharni,
I guess it is experience, and the will to speedlisten, as on an Eyes
on Success show, he had explicitly specified the necessity to be able
to speedlisten in order to consume maximum

... How even ... I checked the Rate boost box with rate at 30%and everything started talking so fast I could barely make out the words. I don't think I could ever, ever read and comprehend a document

Re: Question about NVDAs sound affects
Gretg,
I looked in the general prefferences and there's a checkbox that says play sound when starting NVDA. You could uncheck that box which would turn the sound off.

Hi.
I don't know how uninstalling CCleaner could have caused this. Try uninstalling speakDropbox and then installing the latest version again. You don't need to manually delete folders or anything

2016.2.1
Sadly, this new update didn’t effect my issue with web pages at all, not that it was supposed to do so, but I was hopeful.
I too don’t use the grammar feature but I love the spell check sound.

Re: espeak n g no good it sneezes on some words
I can maybe understand nvda reading at 85 or 90 don't mean I wish to
read that fast. I normally keep it in the 70 to 75 range. ESpeak
sounds horrible to me.

Hi Sukil
ok, I hear the anoying sound with rate set to 100%. It goes away set to 99% and below. Again the anoying sound starts with rate boost box checked at 19% and goes away at 18% and below.
