Well I have been pushing the system hard today, and had been pushing it really hard all day in win 1809 usually I don't ever hit the limit, and probably won't, however, this amd box seems the only one

You really need a complete system dump file for this sort of thing. I imagine that Explorer fell over as it seems to do when its stressed even back on windows 7.

I did not ask which voice he is using but do recall hearing it in the background during the phone call and I don’t think it was a vocalizer voice,
