I think what you would like to know is how to switch between the equivalent of PC Cursor (which is I believe called System Focus in NVDA) and equivalent of Jaws cursor (which is called review cursor

Alt + b should get you to bookmarks in firefox. This has been around since the beginning, so far as I can tell. I've never seen it disappear.

I called it up the way you told me. Obviously the bookmarks aren’t secret but they must be called something else in the menu because there is nothing called bookmarks in the Firefox

Actually I found what what I was looking for. Went in to settings, clicked on devices, then clicked on typing. In the typing settings there’s auto correct and here suggestions as you type etc. I

These aren't keyboard settings, but settings of a program. The autocorrect sounds like MS-Word while suggestions as I type could be any of a number of programs.
Can you be more specific?
