Press and hold caps lock. Then press space. Then release both. It is a command like any other NVdA command. To open the NVDA menus, capslock and n while holding the caps lock.

It definitely sounds like a problem with the control key on the keyboard.
Ok try turning input help on - press NVDA+1 (the 1 above the q). NVDA will read out any key that you press, but nothing will

Also with the focus add on, if you press the nvda key + the tab key it should tell you if it is on screen or off screen where you can not see it, then you might have to scroll to see where it

Not both at once it is sorta like the nvda key then the spacebar.
The other keys is very slightly after it if both are done at the same
time it will not work.

Try switching on the announcement of command keys (nvda + 4 on number row). Then see what is spoken when you press nvda+control+f.

It sounds like your control keys are not working. So when you do NVDA plus Control plus F all the keyboard is registering is the NVDA and F keys. If you had another keyboard to attach to the
