Hi James. Strangely enough, I have this issue as well. The only thing I can do is to go to task manager and delete all tasks relating to dropbox. Just delete every dropbox task you can find

I see that NVDA+SHIFT+Backspace is described as, "Move System focus or caret to current review position," for laptop layout. But the caret and the mouse pointer are two different things.

Nvda backspace routs to the currently focused object. I've done this by accident when in my auto pilot program. Not fun when that happens by the way.

Is that * a typo? That should route NVDA to the the object under Mouse pointer, which is the opposite of what is wanted here. I presume you meant NVDA+NumPad Divide (or Slash).
