At the risk of offending:
I find the Espeak voices absolutely appalling.
I am using Nuance Vocaliser voices and some Acapella and find them totally responsive. I have a very fast machine

To switch on NVDA press Alt+Ctrl+N. To switch it off again press
Insert+Q. It works very well on Windows 10, better than JAWS. For
