Re: transfering music onto iPad with NVDA and latest iTunes
If you still have the mp3’s available that you used to burn the cd’s on your computer, you can paste those same folders into iTunes.

I now understand your message. The add-on will cause the action to be announced but you are not discussing a JAWS command when you speak of alt followed by the letters. That is a program command.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you asking about cutting text, then adding more text when you cut more? I don't know what the command does that you are describing and you already know about

When you speak of read-only is this the same as protected? Many rtf files I open are reported as protected view? If you wish to change this status you do a control s and a pop-up giving you the option

Announcing cut, copy, or paste
Hello To All,
Can NVDA be set to announc “cut text to clipboard,” as Jaws does when you use control-X?
I ran into this when wanting to paste a link into an e-mail. In Jaws you hit Alt-D,

Hi,
That’s my conclusion as well.
That add-on is meant to be a proof of concept implementation of the following NVDA issue:

Re: with NVDA Microsoft EDGE (chrome)
I can confirm this. I’ve seen this issue using Chrome. I think this issue will Iron itself out.
