Can you not just hit windows b and look for the dropbox section? I know it's not a 100 percent work around, but for now try this. I never have used the add on, as so far DB is working fine. hope

I believe if they go into NVDAMenu/preferences/settings and press c for clock. The first tab let’s you choose your time format.
