This procedure is a bit odd. NVDA installs a shortcut on the desktop, and usually control+Alt+ the letter N starts NVDA. That stopped working. I tried refreshing the shortcut, but it still didn’t

If i remember right not sure which version of mail it was at one time when you typed up your email it did not speak the letters i could be wrong. but you could then review what you typed by

Well you can uninstall and reinstall the sound drivers I guess.
But it does sound like all ballances were adjusted either the single one or for whatever reason you adjusted ballance on nvda

Hello, What I do is this, I do alt enter. Then tab until you hear something like create short cut. You check it by doing alt control N while in the NVDA program or whatever screen reader you are
