I would recommend that you go through the very highly thought of tutorial available on this site. It appears to me that you can download the specific sections you are interested in or I believe you

Message status
In Outlook 2016, NVDA reads if a message is unread. It does not say it it is replied to, forwarded, or read.
Anyway to at least get replied and forwarded announced?

Is there a quick way of switching between the chosen table and 8-dot Braille?
This would be very convenient for programmers.

Re: Indicating Python indentation in Braille
It would be much more intuitive if each level of indentation was shown
as a non-blank cell. Such cells are quicker and easier to count.

Re: Reviewing the screen with the mouse keys
PLease have look at flat review and object navigation in NVDA user guide :)
Third option is speak text under mouse pointer, where you can move mouse around to explore screen content.

Indicating Python indentation in Braille
Is there a way to display a single-cell dot pattern for each level of
indentation in Python? It must be Braille, not speech, since I am
deaf-blind.
Thanks,
John

Reviewing the screen with the mouse keys
I can’t figure out how to review the screen using the mouse cursor with the numpad keys. Is that possible with NVDA?

When you’re in the message list, shift tab once. You should hear the name of the folder you’re in and the number of messages it contains.
