I am trying to install the ocr add-in so I can see if it will handle the pdf I am having trouble with. However, I can find system config but no user config as the instructions say to download it

thunderbird and nvda
qTo the poster with issues with thunderbird.
I have 38.6.0 and have had no issues its been out since februrary.
It autoinstalled and I have never had any issues.

Only Firefox behaves that way. Chrome doesn't, for instance, but I'm not very much at ease with it yet.
