CTRL+NVDA+D should do the trick. You can play with the checkboxes there, checking and unchecking them according to your liking.

I face this problem too. However, it doesn't need to restart NVDA. For me, just press ctrl (control) again and again (only a few times), then use insert + t to read a Title as usual.

I can't directly help you, but to help figure out what's going on: what happens if you turn on key describer mode, and then press control+fn+up/down?
Does it say what you would expect?

You are either using NVDA control or the NVDA key is stuck.
This is a command that can be changed, whether a Braille display is being used or not. It is an NVDA option about how a Braille display

There is an option in NVDA's general settings (press NVDA+control+g) to "show exit options when exiting NVDA". That is checked by default, in which case my steps should work - if that is unchecked,

I know the usual ones, control r, alt s, the generally used ones. I believe there may be another shortcut command or two to do things like go to the deleted messages or sent mail folder but I'm not
