confirmed. When keyboard and word echo are off, the extra speech goes away.
Background: NVDA cannot hook keypresses in the console, so in order to
provide keyboard echo, it watches for characters

There's something wrong! It's been a long time since I started using chrome as my default browser and I can always press f6 to access the adress bar.

I should also point out that I found another useful way to use the Time Markers add-on. I tried creating a marker with the file loaded in Winamp but no time set. In other words, I let the file play

No, all is fine, I'm able to alt tab, and no lag. and the same programs I'm using are still running, and all add ons are still disabled. I made sure of that. Now time to see which one is causing the

I just restarted again with add ons disabled but there must be some kidn of toehr bug at work. I know those add on sare disabled, but why do most of the show as enabled even though I told nvda to

I'm using ad don updater, auto themes which is disabled anyway, speach output cop-pier which is disabled, the jgt translator, the mozilla apps enhancements, remote add on which says enabled even
