That is a glaring issue. I do have and use the code factory sapi synth myself for both eloquence but mostly vocaliser for games mostly. Espeak robotic and crappy as it is is quite good performance

Hi, I think this has to do with the fact that Skype 8 is set by NVDA to not use browse mode by default. Try pressing NVDA+Space and see if browse mode is engaged. Cheers, Joseph
