And to reinforce what Antony has written, that's true for a great many more applications than NVDA. There are plenty of applications that come only in 32-bit, or even have both 32-bit and 64-bit,

No, NVDA is distributed as a 32-bit binary. That means it will work on both
32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows.

The delay addon basically does that. When you arrow to a letter it will announce the letter then the phonetic.

Suggestion, can ther be a way to lock thekey so that when you just left and right arrow the device will read alpha bravo etc? My mac can I believe do this, and I find sometimes that helps.
